Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options, you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

• Free shipping for orders over $100
• Flat Rate Shipping: $5
• Overnight Shipping: Calculated at checkout

Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed same day, all orders placed after will be processed the next day. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and your order will be processed in 1-3 days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, we can exchange or provide a refund. Exchanges or refunds must be made within 30-days.

After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try our products within 30-days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
